Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll ever make. It can also be one of the most stressful. Between inspections, attorneys, lenders, negotiations, paperwork, deadlines, and market changes, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

That’s where I come in.

For the last 10 years, I’ve been actively buying, selling, investing in, and marketing real estate throughout Grundy, Livingston, and Will Counties. During that time, I’ve seen just about everything the real estate world can throw at someone.

I’ve seen deals fall apart over inspections. I’ve seen buyers and sellers successfully negotiate difficult situations. I’ve worked through attorney review issues, appraisal concerns, financing challenges, title problems, and last-minute surprises. I’ve experienced strong markets, slow markets, bidding wars, and everything in between.

What all of those experiences have taught me is that real estate doesn’t have to be complicated.

My job isn’t just to put a sign in the yard or unlock doors for showings. My goal is to help people navigate the process with confidence. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a family property, downsizing, investing, or dealing with a unique situation, I work to simplify the process and help you understand what’s happening every step of the way.

I believe experience matters. Not because it makes someone perfect, but because experience helps you recognize problems before they become bigger problems. It helps you prepare for inspections, understand negotiations, communicate with attorneys and lenders, and make informed decisions when unexpected issues arise.

Every transaction is different, but one thing remains the same: people want honest advice, clear communication, and someone who genuinely has their best interests in mind.

That’s what I strive to provide for every client I work with throughout Grundy, Livingston, and Will Counties.

The real estate world can be crazy at times. There will always be challenges, surprises, and moving pieces. My role is to help guide you through those challenges, answer your questions, and make the process as smooth as possible.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, investing, or simply have questions about the market, I’d be happy to help.

Because at the end of the day, real estate isn’t really about houses.

It’s about helping people make good decisions and move forward with confidence.
